Over 14 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical building services design and contracting, including senior roles at AECOM and as Lead Technical Advisor to Melbourne Airport. A recognised expert in heat pump retrofit, with a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge in Sustainable Development and Environmental Fluid Mechanics.

As Chief Engineering Officer, Jack is responsible for technical due diligence, design integrity, and execution risk, ensuring assets are delivered and perform in line with underwriting assumptions through engineering oversight.
