Jack Wardale

Jack leads Real Asset Services at Terra Instinct. He is an award-winning Chartered Building Services engineer.

With 15+ years in construction and real estate, leading practical implementations of sustainability initiatives in infrastructure and the built environment. Previously Jack held a senior position at AECOM, where he delivered complex construction projects globally.

Holding master’s degrees from the University of Cambridge, Jack is highly skilled in infrastructure decarbonization and has contributed to extensive research in the field. He’s an expert in end-to-end delivery of decarbonization projects for existing buildings.

Jack is also a Fellow of the RSA and a member of the UK Green Building Council’s Solutions and Innovation Advisory Group and regularly presents technical seminars for the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers.
